このたび、ライトハウス創業者・前会長の込山 洋一が、2025年9月8日 午前4時30分（アメリカ西海岸時間）に永眠いたしました（享年59）。
ここに生前のご厚誼に深く感謝申し上げるとともに、関係者の皆さまにお知らせいたします。

ご遺族の意向により、関係者およびご縁のある方々へ下記の通りご案内いたします。
日時：2025年10月4日（土）午後3時〜午後5時（焼香のみご希望の方は午後4時頃ご来場ください）
場所：曹洞宗北米別院禅宗寺（123 South Hewitt St., Los Angeles, CA 90012）
専用駐車場：こちらのMAPをご覧ください。台数に限りがございます。駐車場が満車の場合は、近隣の有料駐車場のご利用、および相乗りのご検討をお願いいたします。会場周辺の交通事情にご配慮ください。
式次第：プログラムをご覧ください。※焼香は午後4時からを予定しています。

Obituary: Yoichi Komiyama — Funeral Notice

It is with deep sorrow that we inform you that Yoichi Komiyama, founder and former Chairman of Lighthouse, passed away on September 8, 2025 at 4:30 a.m. Pacific Time (U.S.), at the age of 59. We express our heartfelt gratitude for the kindness he received during his life and hereby notify those who were connected with him.

Funeral
In accordance with the wishes of the family, we provide the following information for associates and those who had connections with Mr. Komiyama.
Date & Time: Saturday, October 4, 2025 — 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. (If you wish to offer incense only, please arrive at around 4:00 p.m.)
Location: Zenshuji Soto Mission (123 South Hewitt St., Los Angeles, CA 90012)
Parking: Please see the map for the designated parking lot. Parking spaces are limited. If the lot is full, please consider using nearby paid parking facilities or carpooling. Please be mindful of traffic and parking conditions in the surrounding area.
Order of Service: Please refer to the program for details. *Incense offering is scheduled to begin at approximately 4:00 p.m.
Seating capacity is limited so we appreciate your understanding. No RSVP is required.
Online streaming: Online streaming: Because many of Mr. Komiyama’s friends and associates live overseas, the funeral will be streamed via Zoom. At the scheduled time, please access the Zoom meeting below.
