Born in Chiba,
Japan. After graduating from a Japanese university, he joined a distribution company
in 1979. He left the company and moved to the United States
in 1989. He graduated from Northwestern University School of Dentistry in Chicago
in 1989. He obtained dental licenses in California and Illinois
in 1990. He opened Oda Dental Clinic in Torrance
in 1999. He obtained a Japanese dental license in 1999. *Member of the American Dental Association
