I am a licensed attorney in California and a certified administrative scrivener, and I have worked in a wide range of fields, bridging the business cultures and legal systems of both the United States and Japan, with a focus on entertainment law (including intellectual property rights and labor law), corporate law, immigration law, and inheritance/trust law. In the creative industries such as music, film, games, and IT, I have extensive experience in contract strategy, intellectual property, licensing agreements, and drafting/reviewing/negotiating various contracts, both as a corporate legal advisor and as an external legal counsel, as well as providing consultation to individual creators. I am particularly skilled in the areas where entertainment and technology intersect
