Greetings
from Certified Administrative Scrivener Sumio Kono

Hello everyone. I was born in 1955 in Suginami Ward, Tokyo, and attended local elementary and junior high schools. I preferred sports to studying, and joined the baseball club in the third grade of elementary school. I continued playing baseball, basketball, and American football until university. Although I never became a top-class athlete, it certainly strengthened my physical and mental abilities. After graduating from university, I worked for an electrical manufacturer (Sharp Corporation) and an electronic components manufacturer (Alps Electric Co., Ltd.) for over 30 years, and in April 2015, I established my own administrative scrivener office

Administrative scriveners, based on the law, aim to "ensure the smooth implementation of administrative procedures and protect the rights and interests of the public."

That being said, it seems that most people don't really know what an administrative scrivener does. Personally, I think the easiest way toexplain it is that an administrative scrivener "acts on your behalf when you have to go through procedures at government offices, and provides legal solutions when you encounter problems you don't know what to do about."But even with that explanation, I feel that it's still not very clear to everyone. In the future, we administrative scriveners must make more effort to become more approachable to the public.

Furthermore, the name of our operating office, "Amitié" , means " friendship" in French , and we want to cherish that feeling as we interact with our customers

We still have a long way to go, but we will continue to work hard with the goal of becoming " Japan's most helpful and reliable administrative scrivener office " to serve everyone

We would greatly appreciate your support
