Naoki Sekiya, the founder of Sekiya Law Office, has specialized in immigration law since 2004 and is currently one of the few immigration law specialists certified by state bar associations. This certification is a special status granted only to those who have not only passed rigorous examinations in their field of expertise but also demonstrated experience and achievements and received recommendations from the legal community

Attorney Sekiya received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law (Sacramento) in 2004. While in graduate school, he was selected as a top student in the immigration law clinic class. In 1995, he received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the Faculty of Letters (English Literature) at Chuo University. Prior to establishing his own firm, he gained experience at immigration law firms in Sacramento and Glendale

Attorney Sekiya is a member of the California Bar Association and is authorized to handle federal immigration cases nationwide. He is qualified to serve on the California District Court Central Branch, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court. He is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA)
