| job description | Job Overview As a Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for the operation and management of the entire kitchen. This position will be central to the restaurant, as you will be responsible for maintaining the quality of the food, as well as training staff and managing operations. Main duties include: General cooking operations (wood-fired cooking, sushi, Japanese cuisine, appetizers, food preparation, etc.) food quality, presentation, and serving speed Menu quality control, recipe management, and improvement suggestions ingredients, inventory management, and cost management Hygiene management and safety management (in cooperation with the Health Department) Training, guidance, and evaluation of kitchen staff Shift creation and staffing optimization Proposal for operational improvements and efficiency Coordination with other departments (GM, hall) Participation in new store and new menu development (when applicable) We are looking for someone with a strong sense of responsibility who can lead on the front lines Aware of balancing quality and speed Teamwork is important A desire to grow and constantly think about improvement |

| Eligibility | Qualifications: Experience working in a kitchen or food service industry is a plus (training provided for inexperienced applicants) . Basic knowledge of cooking and understanding of food hygiene are welcome. Those confident in knife skills and basic cooking techniques will be given preferential treatment. must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while paying attention to detail. Strong communication skills and a desire to work as part of a team are essential. Passion for the food and beverage industry, catering, and restaurant management is highly welcome. |
