| job description | As a direct reporter of the Sales & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the daily direct supervision and management of a team of 5-10 people, including sales staff and sales administration. Responsibilities include: • Implementing and managing KGIs/KPIs based on business plans, driving sales target achievement and revenue growth • Overseeing sales functions across headquarters, domestic, export, and special sales • Supervising sales management operations (purchasing, inventory, accounts receivable collection, internal and external communication, customer management, sales analysis/reporting), etc. *Please inquire for further details. |
