| job description | - Providing various documents upon customer request (spec sheets, raw material specifications (origin, quality, standards), audit documents (audit checklists/COA, lab tests), warranties, etc.) - Developing and maintaining HACCP plans and prerequisite programs (hygiene, storage and distribution GMP, food defense, recall, allergen management, supplier verification (vendor program)) - Checking labeling and raw materials of imported products to ensure compliance with U.S. regulations - Preventing defects by investigating the causes of non-conformities and implementing corrective actions - Preparing and completing documents required for audits, HACCP verification, and equipment calibration on schedule, etc. *Please contact us for details. |
