We are seeking a General Manager for the Operations Management of our Matcha brand stores. This role requires bilingual English and Japanese proficiency and overseeing all aspects of sales, cost, inventory, recruitment/training, and safety/hygiene across multiple stores. Training in Japan is provided. You will also be involved in growth strategy and new store development.

| job description | Under the VP of General Merchandise, you will oversee all aspects of store development and operations. You will direct store leaders and cafe staff in accordance with sales and profit targets, marketing/promotion/e-commerce strategies, merchandising, customer service standards, and various operational standards. - Oversee daily store operations based on company regulations and manage store leaders - Monitor progress toward achieving targets, develop improvement measures, and improve profitability while maintaining cost efficiency - Recruit, interview, hire, orientation/training of cafe staff in cooperation with store leaders - Compile monthly reports for each store (sales, costs, inventory, accounts receivable/payable, etc.), and guide store analysis and creation - Set KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews, etc. *Please contact us for details. |
