We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Assistant (Entry-level candidates welcome, especially those with a Marketing major or interest) who is bilingual in English and Japanese. Responsibilities include new business development and existing customer follow-up, primarily online, as well as inventory, shipping, billing, and payment management. Drive sales growth through email marketing and online store operations!

| job description | As part of a small team, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks with flexibility, without being limited to a specific area of responsibility. Your main mission will be to explore new sales opportunities and maintain the existing customer base, primarily through online communication (minimizing face-to-face interaction). In addition, you will handle sales administration tasks such as customer and product data management, inventory and shipping, billing, and order-related documents. You will also support digital marketing and promotional measures, such as email campaigns and online store operations.
