| job description | The HR Manager position oversees all aspects of human resources. Particular emphasis is placed on legal compliance, multi-state payroll and tax management, benefits (including 401(k) management), labor relations, and training and talent development. They ensure strict adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws while driving HR operations and initiatives to align with organizational goals. They also directly mentor and supervise junior HR members such as HR Representatives and Senior Representatives, leading the consistent implementation of HR policies and practices, and improving the quality of work. |

| Eligibility | We are looking for someone with at least four years of HR experience, including at least three years of management experience, and who is proficient in labor relations, compliance, benefits, and payroll. Applicants should possess knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws, and be able to manage HR initiatives across multiple locations, develop teams, and collaborate with management and other departments. Experience with HR systems such as ADP Workforce Now is a plus. Proficiency in English document creation, report writing, and presentation skills is also required |
