| job description | This position combines Quality Assurance (QA) and Operations Management. Responsibilities include AS9100 and FAA-related quality control, audit support, development of inspection and testing standards, and handling customer complaints. Additionally, the role encompasses a wide range of oversight, from daily warehouse operations, inventory management, and shipping adjustments to staff management, as well as the implementation, auditing, and training of safety policies. You will start as an Assistant Manager and are expected to be promoted to QA and Operations Manager in the summer of 2026. |

| Eligibility | Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, with 8-10 years of relevant experience including quality assurance and management. Knowledge and experience with FAA regulations, PMA, and 14 CFR Part 21 are required. Experience in the aerospace industry or DMIR certification is a plus. Candidates should be proficient in handling shipping systems and freight forwarders such as DHL/FedEx/UPS, and be able to obtain and maintain access to the Boeing supplier portal |
