Support factory operations as a bridge between Japan and the US! We are recruiting an "Interpreter x Operations Assistant" who can drive the organization forward with your language skills!
Acquire lifelong business skills with "Interpretation, Translation + α"! You will be broadly responsible for Japanese-English interpretation for factory managers and executives, translation of technical documents and materials, and production report, inventory, and schedule management in manufacturing and distribution sites. This position supports operations by utilizing your understanding of both Japanese and American cultures.

| Eligibility | Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent and be fluent in both Japanese and English, able to read and write. Understanding of Japanese and American culture and business practices, manufacturing and distribution environments, and inventory management is required, as well as proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. Work will be in both office and factory settings, and may involve handling objects weighing up to approximately 23 kg |
