Ramen Mik, which opened in San Marcos, California in March 2022, brings the authentic taste of Hokkaido, the northern land of Japan, to America. In March 2024, a second store opened in Escondido. Hokkaido is known for its four distinctive ramen cultures: Sapporo, Asahikawa, Hakodate, and Kushiro. Unlike the cloudy pork bone broth that is popular in America, Hokkaido ramen is characterized by its clear "clear pork bone broth" made with a base of pork bones, chicken, and seafood.

At Ramen Mik, we serve ramen with a clear broth made from a blend of pork bones, beef bones, and chicken bones. Our noodles and special sauce are directly imported from Nishiyama Seimen, a prestigious noodle maker that developed Sapporo miso ramen. We deliver a bowl that carries on tradition. To ensure you enjoy the best bowl, all our noodles and special sauce are directly imported from Hokkaido. This is the authentic taste that only Ramen Mik can offer

Sapporo Miso Ramen
is our signature dish. Our clear pork bone broth is combined with our special miso to faithfully recreate the authentic Sapporo flavor. It's served with stir-fried vegetables, green onions, homemade char siu pork, a seasoned egg, and grated ginger—an essential element of Sapporo ramen.
