We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead the FOH (Front of House) and BOH (Back of House) operations of our sushi restaurant! Leveraging over 3 years of kitchen experience and 2 years of management experience, you will oversee a wide range of aspects, from recruitment and training to customer service quality, safety and hygiene, shifts, cost management, labor expenses, and store profitability. You will support the growth of the restaurant from both a operational and management perspective.

We are looking for someone who can work flexible hours including weekends and holidays, is on their feet, and can handle moving items up to £50 |
